If you require a sick or leave certificate for a condition that prevents you from going to work, but might not warrant a doctor’s visit, Jetty Village Pharmacy is here to help – no appointment needed! In a consult with one of our pharmacists, you will need to provide information on the nature of the illness or injury and your ability to attend work and perform your duties. A certificate can be valid for up to two days and carer’s leave is also available.
